OPEN TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS WHO ARE 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER AND CURRENTLY RESIDE in AZ, CA, CO, CT, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, LA, MI, NJ, NY, NV, OH, OK, OR, TX, UT, WA, WI or WV (“ELIGIBLE STATES”) and BUSINESSES WITH A CHASE ACCOUNT STATEMENT MAILING ADDRESS LOCATED WITHIN THE ELIGIBLE STATES.

1. HOW TO ENTER: Two (2) ways to enter "The Chase Savings Boost" Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") beginning at 12 noon ET on February 1, 2010 through 9:59:59 p.m. ET on April 30, 2010 ("Promotional Period"):

A. ACCOUNT DEPOSIT ENTRY METHOD: During the Promotional Period, each participant (“you”) must enroll one (1) Qualifying Account in the Sweepstakes (“Enrollment”) with a Chase personal banker inside any Chase retail branch during its Regular Banking Hours. For Personal accounts, secondary account holders on a joint Qualified Account may enroll the account, but the primary account holder will be the person enrolled in the Sweepstakes and will be awarded any prize won. The primary account holder of the enrolled joint Qualifying Account will not be able to enroll any other account for the duration of the Sweepstakes. For Business accounts, customers may enroll a single Qualifying Account for that business. Any prize won will be awarded to the business. Limit: One (1) Qualifying Account Enrollment per primary account holder/business. The Enrolled Qualifying Account will be “Time Stamped” with the exact date and time the account was enrolled in the Sweepstakes as recorded by the Chase computer (“Database”). The Database will be the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

After enrolling, you must activate your Enrollment within thirty (30) calendar days by making a single Qualifying Deposit of $500 (defined below) into the Enrolled Qualifying Account to be entered into the Sweepstakes. The Qualifying Deposit must “post” within the thirty- (30-) calendar-day period after the Time Stamp of the Enrollment to activate the Enrollment and complete the Entry. The posting date is the date on which the Qualifying Deposit posts to the Enrolled Qualifying Account as recorded by the Sponsor’s computer. Qualifying Deposits do not post on weekends or holidays. All weekend activity posts on the following Monday or the next business day if the Monday is a Chase bank holiday. A Qualifying Deposit after the close of business posts on the following business day. Your activated Enrollment is your “Entry” into the Sweepstakes. The Entry will be date and Time Stamped with the Enrollment date and time for the purpose of determining the drawing for which the Entry is first eligible. If your Qualifying Deposit does not post within the thirty- (30-) calendar-day period, your Enrollment will be void and you will not be permitted to re-enroll any Qualifying Account in the Sweepstakes. Check your account regularly to be sure your single Qualifying Deposit posts within the thirty- (30-) day period. If your Enrollment is voided due to the Qualifying Deposit not posting within the thirty- (30-) day period, you may enter via the No Purchase Necessary method of entry. All Account Deposit participants must Enroll prior to 9:59:59 p.m. ET April 30, 2010, and must activate their Enrollment by making a Qualifying Deposit that posts within thirty (30) calendar days of their Enrollment. Enrollments that are not activated by a Qualifying Deposit will be void and will not be entered into any drawing.

Defined Terms: “Qualifying Deposit” is: Any single deposit of $500 or more that is made into one enrolled, Qualifying Account within thirty (30) calendar days of Enrollment. Transfers of funds from one Chase Account to a Chase Qualifying Account are not Qualifying Deposits unless that transfer is the result of a PAT (Pre-Authorized Transfer). “Pre-Authorized Transfers” are scheduled automatic transfers as part of an Automatic Savings Plan. Fees may apply to some deposits.

“Qualifying Accounts” are: Chase SavingsSM, Chase Money Market SavingsSM, Chase Plus SavingsSM, Statement Savings, Invest Savings, Preferred Savings, Premier Savings, Premier Platinum Savings, Chase Business Savings and Chase Business Select High Yield Savings, or by opening a new Chase Certificate of Deposit (excluding rollover and renegotiated). TOTAL APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (ARV) OF ALL PRIZES: $1,786,500.00. Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible Entries received for each drawing. Limit: One (1) prize per primary account holder/business/person regardless of method of entry.
